Our goal is to help correct muscle function to prevent recurring abnormal muscle patterns that affect the motion of the spine. If your muscles are moving properly then you joints move better.

Drink more water. Your discs are thirsty! Discs dry out as we age. You need adequate water intake to make sure the discs maintain an optimal height so they don’t rub on the nerves.
Vary your exercise so you alter the input to your nerves
Lift weights. Lifting weights stimulates your nerves and muscles. When you use your independently to move weights it forces your spine to stabilize. When the spine is forced to stabilize the brain receives more input and further stabilizes the spine.
Do exercises that challenge your ability to balance. Imbalanced input challenges your nerves.
